Sovereignty Sessions are weekly, one-on-one sessions combining energy work, intuitive guidance, and coaching to help you shift from where you are to where you want to be.

Sessions are individualized to help you in the way that you need the very most right now.

It’s not a cookie cutter program. It’s raw, real, in the moment healing and growth in the way you need it the very most.

How it works

You’ll commit to a series of four sessions over four weeks.

Following your initial four sessions, you can continue with weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly sessions, ending your sessions at any time that feels right to you.
