Sacred Cacao + Yin + Reiki + Energy Reading

This is the ultimate session in clearing the mind, body, heart, and soul. We combine the loving energy of sacred cacao (pure chocolate ~ read more here) with gentle yin yoga, invigorating Reiki, and an insightful energy reading.

This private, in-person session is 90 minutes dedicated to healing your mind, body, heart, and soul. *Individual sessions are 90 minutes. For two or more individuals, sessions are 120 minutes or longer, depending on the number of participants.

Cacao is a gentle plant medicine derived from cacao beans grown in Peru. Cacao helps to create clarity, open the heart, channel creativity, clear stuck and heavy emotional energy, lighten your mood, calm the nervous system, increase blood flow and energy and help with focus and intentions. The beans go through a light roasting process and are ground into a fine powder, mixed with hot water, and drank as a warm beverage.

Yin Yoga is a gentle yoga practice. All poses are seated or lying down and held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin helps to clear the meridian lines (energy lines) that run through the body, helping your energy move more fluidly and clearing blocks in your energy field. Yin doesn’t stretch muscles, but rather the connective tissues that run throughout the body. This is an area not often reached by other modalities.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki helps clear stuck or heavy energy from the energy field, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself. Reiki is practiced by placing or hovering the hands over the body in specific spots. For this session, Reiki is directed to the same area the yin yoga poses target, aiding the energy to clear more quickly and completely.

Energy Reading is a reading of the energy in and around the body. For this session, the focus is on the specific body parts targeted by the yin poses and Reiki energy. An energy reading helps you know why a block in energy existed in the first place, how the energy block manifests in the physical world, and how to remediate it so it no longer affects your life.

Sessions are currently only available in-person and local to South Jersey and Philadelphia. Stated pricing for Ocean City residents only. Additional travel fees apply for those outside of the Ocean City area. Please fill out the form below to request a session.
