9:30am Gentle Yoga (60 minutes)
12noon Sound Bath (30 minutes)
1pm-4pm Reiki “Taster” Sessions (20 minutes each)
5pm Cacao Ceremony (60 minutes)
Sunday Schedule:
8am Intermediate Yoga (60 minutes)
9:30am Gentle Yoga (60 minutes)
11am Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
